Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under £50, we charge a flat fee of £5.99 for shipping anywhere in the UK. For orders over £50, shipping is free.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Once the order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email together with a tracking code, so you can track your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email with details about your shipping carrier and a tracking code, where you can track your order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! However the delivery times for international shipping are slightly longer, and they will vary from 14 days to 21 days, depending on the country we ship to.

 

Billing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all of the payment methods available. All major credit and debit cards are available, as well as PayPal.

Do you offer Klarna/AfterPay?

Not at the moment. We are working on implementing it in the near future. Please reach out to us if you want to be notified once we do.

 

Returns

What is your returns policy?

The products you've received don't match your expectations? We offer a 10 day money back guarantee. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive your product undamaged, we will issue you a complete refund.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

We are here to help you replace it. Just email us within 3 days of receiving the package together with a photo of the damaged product and we will be sure to send you a new one.
